Embedded Software Architect – Control (ECT)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Architect to define and drive a scalable, high‑quality embedded software architecture for connected products. The role requires deep expertise in C/C++ and embedded systems, with a focus on connectivity technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and system requirements into technical architecture.
• Define end‑to‑end embedded software architecture, including drivers, middleware and application layers.
• Design scalable solutions across MCU/SoC platforms, RTOS and hardware abstraction layers.
• Architect communication interfaces and integration strategies for subsystems.
• Ensure high performance, low latency and efficient resource usage while meeting safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews and proof‑of‑concept initiatives.
• Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines for embedded systems.
• Mentor development teams and support complex system‑level debugging.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in embedded software development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in Embedded C/C++ and hands‑on experience with RTOS, drivers, BSP and low‑level system code.
• Ability to evaluate trade‑offs among performance, memory, power and cost.
• Good communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
