Email Deliverability & Microsoft 365 Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Email Deliverability & Microsoft 365 Administrator to support approximately 600 Outlook accounts across several client organisations. The role combines Microsoft 365 tenant management with deep expertise in email authentication and deliverability.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online for multiple clients, handling user and mailbox creation, license assignment, and basic troubleshooting.
• Configure and monitor SPF, DKIM, DMARC and related DNS records to ensure secure email flow.
• Track sender reputation, bounce rates, blocks and spam flags; unblock and restore affected accounts.
• Purchase, add and verify new custom domains, coordinating technical setup with vendors and resellers.
• Document configurations, standard operating procedures and best‑practice guidelines for domain, tenant and deliverability management.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Exchange Online administration.
• Practical experience managing SPF, DKIM, DMARC and DNS records for multiple domains.
• Good understanding of email deliverability concepts, sender reputation and common causes of blocked or spam‑flagged accounts.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad; remote work from within India may be considered for the right candidate.
