Electrician – Property Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join the maintenance team at The St. Regis Goa Resort. The role focuses on routine upkeep of resort vehicles and related electrical equipment, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform minor routine maintenance on property vehicles such as engineering trucks, shuttle vans and electric carts, including oil checks, fluid levels, tire pressure, battery charging and spark‑plug replacement.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning, lubrication and inspection for defects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance inventory, requisition parts and supplies as needed.
• Record daily logs of operation, maintenance and safety activities, documenting test results, instrument readings and equipment malfunctions.
• Follow all company safety, security and environmental policies, report hazards and store flammable materials properly.
• Assist with moving, lifting and positioning objects up to 50 lb and perform visual inspections of tools and machinery.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in vehicle or electrical maintenance.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification mentioned.
