Electrical Estimation & Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Estimation & Design Engineer to join our project team in Mangalore. The role involves creating detailed electrical designs, preparing cost estimates, and supporting the execution of electrical installations for a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing low‑voltage (LT) and high‑voltage (HT) panel systems, schematic wiring, and related electrical layouts.
• Prepare and update electrical drawings using AutoCAD or EPLAN.
• Develop cost estimates for distribution panel boards, select appropriate components, and support procurement activities.
• Review technical specifications and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to align design and execution.
• Maintain organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and estimation records.
• Ensure all designs meet safety standards and relevant regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting design‑related issues during project implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Basic understanding of electrical design concepts, standards, and component selection.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design tools.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic project environment.
