Ecommerce Warehouse Manager – Amazon & Flipkart

About the role

We are a fast‑scaling e‑commerce logistics and fulfillment solutions provider operating across India’s leading marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho. The Ecommerce Warehouse Manager will lead end‑to‑end warehouse operations, ensuring high‑volume sellers meet strict SLA targets while maintaining inventory accuracy and efficient order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities in line with Amazon and Flipkart FBA/FBM compliance, from receiving to dispatch, returns and quality checks.
• Drive inventory accuracy (≥99.8%) through cycle counts, bin management and WMS reconciliation with marketplace platforms.
• Lead a team of 20‑50 operators, pickers and packers, managing safety, productivity KPIs and shift‑wise output targets.
• Optimize space, labour and workflow to reduce order‑to‑ship time by 20% while maintaining SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners, carriers and marketplace support teams to resolve shipment delays and refund escalations.
• Implement Lean, 5S and digital tools (e.g., EZOffice, Flexe, custom WMS) to cut operational costs by 15% YoY.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing warehouse operations for Amazon and Flipkart sellers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of GST returns and e‑commerce tax compliance.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or higher) preferred.
