E‑commerce Warehouse Manager – Amazon & Flipkart

About the role

We are a fast‑scaling e‑commerce logistics and fulfillment solutions provider serving India’s top marketplaces. As an E‑commerce Warehouse Manager you will own end‑to‑end operations for Amazon and Flipkart fulfillment, ensuring high accuracy, speed, and compliance with marketplace SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities from receiving to dispatch, returns, and quality checks in line with Amazon FBA/FBM and Flipkart guidelines.
• Drive inventory accuracy (99.8%+) through cycle counts, bin management and WMS reconciliation.
• Lead a team of 20‑50 operators, pickers and packers, managing safety, productivity KPIs and shift‑wise output targets.
• Optimize space, labor and workflows to cut order‑to‑ship time by 20% while maintaining SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with 3PLs, carrier partners and marketplace support for issue resolution, shipment delays and refund escalations.
• Implement Lean, 5S and digital tools (e.g., EZOffice, Flexe, ShipHero) to reduce operational costs by 15% YoY.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing high‑volume e‑commerce warehouses, preferably on Amazon and Flipkart platforms.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a large, shift‑based workforce.
• Ability to analyse data, drive process improvements and meet strict SLA targets.
• Familiarity with GST returns and e‑commerce tax compliance is a plus.
