Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Armstrong Fluid Technology seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead a global team responsible for procurement execution, material planning, and supplier performance. You will ensure on‑time delivery, inventory optimization, and system efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive on‑time delivery (OTD) and procurement execution across all suppliers and value streams.
• Lead material planning, safety‑stock optimization, and just‑in‑time principles for multiple facilities.
• Develop and monitor KPIs such as inventory turnover, fill rate, lead time, and OTIF.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Oversee supplier relationships, audits, and performance scorecards.
• Guide the implementation of Kinaxis and ensure ERP (LN, SAP) data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 10‑15 years of supply chain, procurement, and logistics experience in a configured manufacturing environment.
• APICS CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM certification preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.

• APICS CSCP, CPIM, CPSM certifications.
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes.
