E‑commerce Warehouse Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Warehouse Auditor to lead financial and operational audits across our e‑commerce fulfillment centers. The role ensures accuracy of financial statements, compliance with regulations, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial audits to verify the accuracy of statements and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate operational processes and internal controls to identify efficiency gaps.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations and company policies specific to e‑commerce operations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations and action plans for management.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and IT teams to facilitate audits and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance audit methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of auditing experience within the e‑commerce sector.
• Strong understanding of auditing standards, financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant auditing certification (CA, CPA or equivalent) preferred.
