eAxle System Validation Engineer (Electrical/Electronics)

About the role

As an eAxle System Validation Engineer, you will lead validation activities for Bosch's electric axle platforms, focusing on the electrical‑electronics interface at the system‑of‑systems level. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure that validation tests meet technical specifications and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain validation test programs for platform and customer projects.
• Break down test plans into individual tests, coordinate execution with test field teams, and ensure timely completion.
• Evaluate test samples, analyse results, and produce detailed technical reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with system and design engineers to discuss validation outcomes, identify issues, and drive corrective actions.
• Support the planning, development, and commissioning of eAxle validation test infrastructure and facilities.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on validation failures, document findings, and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain comprehensive validation documentation and traceability matrices for audit and compliance purposes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electric vehicle system validation engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Required skills

• Experience creating and executing validation test programs for automotive systems.
• Proficiency in root‑cause analysis and technical reporting.
• Familiarity with electrical‑electronics interfaces in eAxle or electric vehicle platforms.
