Early Childhood Educator (Level 2) – Full‑time

About the role

Leila Day Care Centre is seeking a caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable Early Childhood Educator Level 2 to join our team on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role involves working with children aged 12 months to 12 years in a licensed, year‑round centre located in the Garden City area.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality early childhood education and care for up to 71 children.
• Implement age‑appropriate curriculum and activities that support development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.
• Communicate regularly with families about children’s progress and daily experiences.
• Follow centre policies, licensing regulations, and health‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Valid Early Childhood Educator Level 2 certification.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm, including occasional split shifts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for early childhood development.
