Early Childhood Education Trainer & Curriculum Specialist

About the role

Kothari International School in Noida is looking for a dynamic Early Childhood Education Trainer & Curriculum Specialist to lead its Nursery Teacher Training Program. This strategic position will shape the professional development of nursery and pre‑primary teachers, ensuring high‑quality early years pedagogy aligned with national and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously improve a comprehensive training curriculum that reflects NEP, NFC, Cambridge, IB and other early childhood frameworks.
• Deliver engaging training sessions for nursery and pre‑primary teachers.
• Mentor and coach teachers to enhance classroom practices, lesson planning, and child‑engagement strategies.
• Introduce innovative, play‑based and experiential learning methodologies.
• Assess trainee teachers, provide constructive feedback, and track progress.
• Ensure alignment with ECCE, EYFS, Montessori and other recognized early years standards.
• Create training resources, modules, and instructional materials.
• Collaborate with school leadership to uphold academic and pedagogical excellence.
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in early childhood education and integrate them into the program.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in early years education, including at least 2–3 years in teacher training or curriculum development.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood frameworks such as ECCE, EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, etc.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and mentoring abilities.
• Proven track record of designing structured training programs and learning modules.
