E-Commerce Executive

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Executive to drive our online store’s performance. You will manage product listings, oversee order fulfillment, and collaborate with marketing to boost sales and customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and optimise product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, pricing and inventory.
• Monitor and manage online orders, coordinate with logistics for timely shipment, and handle returns or exchanges.
• Analyse sales data, track KPIs and develop strategies to increase conversion rates, average order value and customer retention.
• Maintain inventory levels, work with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
• Generate reports on traffic, conversion and customer behaviour, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to run email, social media and paid‑ad campaigns, and help create promotional content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• Proven experience in e‑commerce management or a similar role.
