About the role

Design Cafe is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join its Park Street centre in Kolkata. The role focuses on generating high‑quality leads, managing the sales funnel and driving revenue growth through outbound calling and customer relationship management.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to schedule and qualify leads.
Identify customer needs, research issues and propose appropriate solutions or alternatives.
Upsell services when opportunities arise and follow up with prospects in a timely manner.
Document all call information in the CRM according to standard operating procedures.
Meet personal and team quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
Develop and execute strategies to expand business in new and existing markets, own the sales funnel and drive closure.

Required profile

Graduate (10+2+3) in any stream.
Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Background in interior design firms, real estate, ed‑tech, retail or automotive is a plus.
