Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Manager – Advisory (Noida)

About the role

PWC is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Manager to join its Advisory practice in Noida. You will work with clients to analyse requirements, customise and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, and ensure seamless integration and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales or Service) modules.
• Develop client‑side customisations using JavaScript, web resources and related frameworks.
• Implement server‑side extensions with C# and .NET assemblies.
• Design and develop REST APIs for integration with external systems, with or without middleware.
• Manage server administration, deployment and data migration for MSCRM applications.
• Utilise source‑control tools such as Git or VSS.
• Work with Power Apps and Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Database Services, Service Bus).

Required profile

• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technical implementation and customisation.
• Strong background in developing and integrating web‑based solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with client teams.
