Duty Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role
The Duty Manager will lead daily hotel operations during assigned shifts at Fairmont Udaipur Palace. This role ensures seamless coordination across all departments, maintains high service standards, and delivers exceptional guest experiences in a pre‑opening environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise hotel operations throughout each shift, overseeing all functional areas.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction by addressing complaints, emergencies, and service issues promptly.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare shift reports and keep accurate operational records.
- Guide and support Heartists (hotel staff) to achieve efficient and consistent service delivery.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
