Document Controller – Project & Proposal Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Document Controller to provide essential project, proposal, and document control support for ERM’s Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation (LPMR) business. You will help ensure smooth project execution from proposal development through close‑out, supporting financial controls, high‑quality deliverables, and effective team collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support project progress and financial reviews, including time tracking, budget monitoring, and rate checks.
• Prepare weekly or monthly project status updates and assist Project Managers with contract documentation.
• Support invoice preparation, approval confirmation, and issue escalation.
• Assist in proposal preparation, case‑study formatting, CV formatting, template management, and pricing integration.
• Edit and format project and proposal documents to ensure consistency with ERM branding.
• Upload proposals and contracts into ERM systems such as Commercial Hub and the Contract Repository.
• Maintain organized project records in line with ERM document‑control standards.
• Support health & safety documentation, track near‑misses, and execute project close‑out checklists.
