District Account Manager

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a District Account Manager to drive MedTech sales across the assigned district in Rajasthan. You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key opinion leaders, and ensuring flawless execution of surgical procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies and achieve ambitious targets within the district.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Manage day‑to‑day logistics and case planning for surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify customer requirements and create customized solutions.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
• Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to healthcare professionals.
• Analyze sales data, identify improvement areas, and develop actionable strategies.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations.
• Report sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to the regional sales manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Motivated, target‑driven, and committed to personal and professional development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
