Dispatch & Commercial Finance Executive

About the role

The Dispatch & Commercial Finance Executive is responsible for coordinating the end‑to‑end dispatch of finished goods from the factory, ensuring all export documentation, transportation, and financial processes are aligned with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers on export documentation, letters of credit, and vehicle requirements.
• Engage new transporters for multi‑point deliveries and track vehicle movements.
• Manage unloading operations, specialized courier services, and gate security issues.
• Prepare and verify packing lists, collaborate with manufacturing for panel readiness, and finalize dispatch plans.
• Liaise with regional and segment sales for PIDI, line‑item creation, invoice submission, and credit note handling.
• Work with GBS, IDT, Exim, CHA, and freight forwarders on credit limits, e‑way bill errors, export approvals, and shipping documentation.
• Support project managers on multi‑location dispatches, attend daily TO calls, and update PEGA tools.
• Prepare cash‑flow analyses, resolve GST mismatches, and participate in SAP system testing and digitalisation initiatives.
• Track transportation packing costs, process GRNs for service cases, and assist with inventory verification and month‑end provision vouchers.

Required profile

• Strong coordination skills with experience in dispatch, logistics, and export documentation.
• Good understanding of financial processes, credit limits, and GST compliance.
• Ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders (sales, manufacturing, finance) and external partners (transporters, freight forwarders, customs agents).
• Analytical mindset for cash‑flow preparation and digitalisation projects.
