Director – Technology & Business Development

About the role

The Director will provide strategic leadership and oversee daily operations across technology, projects and business development at Cybertech Innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Set vision, goals and product/solution strategy aligned with client needs and company objectives.
• Guide cross‑functional teams, mentor managers and technical leads, and ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations.
• Manage budgets, resources and performance metrics to drive quality delivery.
• Establish and continuously improve processes that enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
• Build and maintain key client relationships, represent the company in stakeholder meetings.
• Identify new growth and innovation opportunities for the business.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in technology or IT services, managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Strong background in software development or IT solution delivery.
• Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, resource management and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to foster innovation, continuous improvement and an inclusive workplace culture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience within the Hyderabad or broader Indian IT ecosystem is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time, make decisions under pressure and adapt to evolving business and technology needs.
