Director / Senior Director – Delivery Management

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished Director or Senior Director of Delivery to lead enterprise‑scale data analytics, data engineering and AI programmes. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery excellence, managing high‑performing teams and ensuring outstanding client outcomes across complex transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of medium to large‑scale analytics, AI and data transformation engagements, establishing frameworks, governance and execution models.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as primary contact for strategic accounts.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, resource strategies and delivery roadmaps, monitoring health through KPIs and dashboards.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, engineers, analysts and consultants, fostering talent development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior delivery or consulting leadership for large‑scale data and AI programmes.
• Background in hands‑on data engineering, data science or strategic business analytics.
• Strong business acumen with ability to align analytics initiatives to client objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C‑suite executives.
