Director – SAP Functional Advisory (Pune)

About the role

PwC is seeking a seasoned Director to lead SAP functional advisory services in Pune. You will work with clients to analyse their business needs, design and implement SAP solutions, and provide training and support to ensure optimal utilisation of SAP applications.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end SAP consulting services across multiple modules.
• Analyse client requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Lead implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide training and post‑implementation support to client teams.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocations.
• Drive change management and build consensus in ambiguous environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 17 years of experience in a strategic or consulting role within Technology/IT consulting.
• Proven budgetary responsibility for projects or resources.
• Exceptional interpersonal, team‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to build consensus and foster change in complex settings.
• Strong commitment to professional excellence and continuous growth.
• Client‑focused, results‑oriented mindset with high drive and tenacity.
