Director, Product Management – Retail Media

About the role

CommerceIQ is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead its fast‑growing Retail Media product line. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, shape strategy with the VP of Retail Media, and drive the transition to an agent‑native services model.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery and execution for the entire retail media product portfolio.
• Partner with the VP, Retail Media to define roadmap and drive execution.
• Re‑architect the SaaS + services model into a scalable agent‑native product line.
• Build deep customer relationships and work backwards from real workflows.
• Collaborate with sales on GTM, deal support, and positioning.
• Prioritize features that directly increase ARR and drive rapid prototyping of new agent capabilities.
• Create repeatable playbooks for successful customer outcomes.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years of product management experience with a proven record of scaling revenue‑generating products.
• Hands‑on experience building or shipping solutions that use large language models (LLMs) and AI agents.
• Strong ability to translate AI‑forward concepts into tangible product outcomes.
