Director - Presales

About the role

We are seeking a Director - Presales to define and execute the presales strategy for India. You will lead large‑scale, high‑value pursuits across global markets, act as executive sponsor on marquee bids, and build high‑performing presales teams that consistently improve win rates.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the India presales strategy – design operating model, create playbooks, and raise win‑rate benchmarks.
• Lead and contribute to complex RFPs with deal values typically $10M+, spanning North America, Europe, APAC and emerging markets.
• Focus on agentic managed services, multi‑tower outsourcing and vendor consolidation programs.
• Serve as executive sponsor and chief storyteller on marquee bids.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional teams of architects, delivery leads, finance, legal and domain experts.
• Engage directly with C‑level and senior stakeholders to shape requirements, build trust and co‑create compelling solution visions.

Required profile

• 20+ years of IT experience covering software delivery, consulting and solution architecture.
• 10+ years in presales or pursuit leadership with a proven record of winning $10M+ deals.
• Deep expertise in managed services delivery models, commercial structuring and governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of modern technology landscapes including Cloud, AI/ML and Agentic AI.
• Knowledge of Data & Analytics, Digital Engineering, IoT and enterprise platforms.
• Extensive experience engaging C‑suite and board‑level audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English with top‑tier presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to build and lead presales or solution‑consulting teams.
