About the role
The Director of Human Resources will lead the HR division, ensuring its operations align with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient running of the Human Resources division.
- Implement and uphold corporate strategies and brand standards across HR activities.
- Ensure HR services meet the needs of employees, guests, and property owners.
- Maintain compliance with hospitality industry regulations and best practices.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Director of HR or HR Manager in a large‑scale operation.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
