Director of Finance

About the role

The Director of Finance will lead the Finance & Accounting Division of Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar, ensuring operations run efficiently and align with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. The role balances the expectations of employees, guests, and owners while upholding the highest standards of financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations and ensure accurate accounting practices.
• Implement and monitor financial policies in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategy.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and owners.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal audit standards.
• Lead and develop the finance team to maintain high performance.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director of Finance or Finance Manager in a large operation.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
