Director of Finance – Bengaluru City Hotel

About the role

The Hoxton is opening its first neighbourhood hotel in Asia in Bengaluru and seeks an experienced Director of Finance to lead the financial function from launch through operation. You will be responsible for establishing robust financial controls and delivering accurate reporting for a 149‑room hotel with multiple revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure strong financial management within a robust control environment.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and produce statutory and management accounts.
• Manage finance relationships with hotel operations, head‑office finance, and owners.
• Oversee balance‑sheet, P&L, cash management, capital planning and related reporting.
• Provide innovative, value‑adding management reporting, analysis and performance measurement.
• Implement benchmarking and KPI tracking to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or related sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage self‑accounting hotel operations and statutory reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering accurate, timely financial information.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with operations, owners and corporate finance teams.
