Director of Accounting & Finance

About the role

Dash Technologies is seeking an experienced Director of Accounting & Finance to lead the accounting function for its US and India operations. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the CFO, you will ensure accurate, timely financial reporting, manage receivables, and oversee statutory compliance across both geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close for US and India entities.
• Prepare financial statements, dashboards and variance analyses for senior leadership.
• Manage end‑to‑end accounts receivable, drive collections and reduce DSO.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and all statutory tax requirements.
• Lead annual budgeting, periodic re‑forecasting and build financial models.
• Track key financial and operational KPIs such as margins, project profitability and cash flow.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings and maintain banking and treasury relationships.
• Lead and develop an eight‑member finance and accounting team.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably as a Director or equivalent.
• Hands‑on expertise in US GAAP and Indian accounting standards.
• Strong operational discipline and ability to manage cross‑border finance teams.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with external CPA, CA, banks and tax authorities.
