Director – HR Services & Business Operations

About the role

The Director will lead My HR Talents' business operations from the Mumbai office, shaping strategic direction and driving growth across all service lines. This senior, full‑time position reports directly to executive leadership and plays a pivotal role in aligning HR solutions with client needs and market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Lead senior managers and cross‑functional teams to achieve performance targets.
• Set and monitor strategic objectives, business metrics, and growth initiatives.
• Manage key client relationships and participate in business development activities.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance management for the business unit.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery of HR services and continuous process optimisation.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in HR, consulting, or professional services with a track record of managing teams and complex projects.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and ability to translate organisational goals into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices, talent management and organisational development.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting and performance management for a business unit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in a director‑level or senior leadership role within HR services or consulting is highly beneficial.
