About the role
We are seeking a senior HR Business Partner to lead HR support for our sales, after‑sales and charging‑network centres of excellence. The Director – HRBP (GTM) will work closely with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and ensure compliance with Indian employment regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end HR support to build, grow and maintain the sales, after‑sales & charging‑network centres of excellence.
- Partner with and educate senior leaders and managers on corporate HR programs and policies (compensation, benefits, career and training, hiring, employee relations).
- Support Talent Acquisition through the full recruitment cycle – advertising, agency management, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference and background checks, staffing.
- Conduct new‑hire orientation and onboarding.
- Facilitate employee learning and career growth via workshops and training.
- Respond to employee and manager HR inquiries and support HR projects and initiatives (e.g., Employer Award submissions).
- Prepare ad‑hoc reports, government survey submissions, HR letters and process HR‑related invoices.
- Keep abreast of local employment law, regulations and workplace safety matters.
- With corporate HR support, assist leaders and employees with employee‑relation matters.
Required profile
- MBA in Human Resources with experience in sales, after‑sales and charging‑network environments.
- 10‑15 years of comprehensive HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
- In‑depth knowledge of Indian government HR regulations and local employment law.
- Proven ability to build productive relationships internally, externally and with a globally‑distributed HR team.
- Results‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent project‑management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong prioritisation, time‑management and organisational abilities.
- Independent, flexible, adaptable and resource‑ful with a “can‑and‑get‑it‑done” attitude.
- Demonstrated confidentiality, tact and discretion.
