About the role

The position leads the Legal Protection of Adults (PJM) pole, overseeing a team of senior managers and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality protective services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, organize and control the PJM management team.
• Steer activity planning and allocate resources for the pole.
• Contribute to the pole’s budget management and financial monitoring.
• Monitor performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance at the pole level.
• Oversee quality assurance for all PJM services.
• Act as the HR and disciplinary interface for the pole.
• Supervise tutelary accounting and fund management.
• Represent the pole and develop strategic partnerships.
• Lead service management and the management of managers.
• Promote a culture of indicators, control and risk mastery.
• Secure fund‑management activities and conduct budget analysis.
• Coordinate multi‑actor collaborations.
• Maintain rigor, ethics, confidentiality and communicate in sensitive situations.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+5 in Management, Law, Public Policy, ESSMS or related fields.
• At least 5 years of confirmed managerial experience.
• Experience in the ESSMS sector; experience in Legal Protection of Adults (PJM) is a plus.
