About the role
We are looking for a Directeur/Chef d'équipe adjoint to support the efficient operation of our department at Hyatt Regency Dehradun. Working closely with senior management, you will help align daily activities with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the overall management of the department to ensure smooth operations and adherence to brand standards.
- Act as a sales specialist, driving revenue generation and maximizing profitability.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agreed targets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
