Join Hyatt Place as a Deputy Team Leader in the Personnel Department, supporting the Human Resources Manager in delivering Hyatt's People Philosophy across the hotel. This position ensures smooth and efficient HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager in daily HR activities and administrative tasks.
• Support the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation.
• Provide problem‑solving assistance for employee inquiries and operational issues.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Human Resources Executive or Coordinator in a large operation.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
