Direct Sales Executive

About the role

The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding the company’s customer base by identifying new business opportunities and managing the onboarding of new and existing counters. This role focuses on achieving installation targets and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers to meet a target of 1,000 installations within three months.
• Contact potential customers to present company products and services.
• Develop new market segments and hand over existing clients to the commercial manager for ongoing service.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer retention and manage account closures or returns.
• Ensure agreements are signed before the first delivery.
• Onboard customers onto the ME App and upload KYC documents.
• Onboard only counters with a minimum consumption of seven cylinders per month and at least three rotations.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Educational qualification: 12th pass or any graduate.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and the local language.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using the ME App for customer onboarding.
• Ability to manage KYC documentation.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
