Digital Solutions Engineer

About the role

The Digital Solutions Engineer joins Airbus Customer Services to lead deployment and support of digital solutions for airlines, MRO providers, lessors and internal Airbus teams. You will work with a portfolio that includes maintenance, post‑delivery configuration, repair software and technical data suite applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment and ongoing support of Airbus Digital Solutions for external and internal customers.
• Collaborate daily with executives, operational managers, technical staff and IT stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with customer needs.
• Act as the voice of Airbus to customers and vice‑versa, translating requirements into actionable support plans.
• Maintain strong market awareness and contribute feedback to development teams to improve product support.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to present solutions to new customers and conduct workshops.
• Manage the Run team responsible for responding to customer requests, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Required profile

• Strong sense of ownership and proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all seniority levels.
• In‑depth understanding of Airbus business, services and digital solutions portfolio.
• Ability to anticipate customer satisfaction targets and align support activities with broader business objectives.
• Market awareness of current industry practices and operational needs.
