Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & SEM)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead both SEO and paid advertising initiatives. The role splits roughly 30% on planning, executing and optimizing paid campaigns across major platforms, and 70% on supporting core SEO activities to boost overall visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn and other programmatic channels.
• Handle budgets, audience targeting, ad creatives, A/B testing and performance tracking.
• Monitor daily campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high‑converting ad assets.
• Conduct competitor analysis to uncover backlink opportunities and execute guest‑blog outreach.
• Manage infographic and directory submissions to improve site visibility.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement on‑page optimisation.
• Work with the content team to align SEO with broader content marketing strategies.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Moz to monitor and analyse performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing paid ad campaigns.
• Proficiency with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads).
• Familiarity with basic SEO principles and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and a performance‑first mindset.
