Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Media

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) to design, launch and optimise multi‑channel online campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads and enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email and content channels.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
• Manage paid advertising on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
• Create and oversee content initiatives such as blogs, website copy, email newsletters and social posts.
• Monitor website performance with analytics tools, recommend improvements and report on ROI.
• Maintain social media accounts, foster community engagement and collaborate with designers, sales teams and external agencies.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Optimise marketing funnels and lead‑generation processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to track, analyse and report campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
