Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Digicial Solutions is looking for a Performance Marketer who will independently plan, launch and optimise digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. The role is focused on generating high-quality leads, improving conversion rates and maximising return on ad spend for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise for better leads, conversions and ROI.
• Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research to inform targeting strategies.
• Create and test ad creatives, audiences and bidding strategies.
• Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate.
• Analyse data, prepare performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale successful campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad assets.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven track record of managing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimisation.
• Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.
