Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an active, responsible, and ownership‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage email campaigns, lead generation, and product branding. The ideal candidate is creative, result‑oriented and able to boost business leads through effective digital strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and execute email marketing campaigns, prepare content, manage databases and track performance metrics such as open, response and conversion rates.
• Generate qualified business leads through digital platforms, run online campaigns, follow up on inquiries and collaborate with the sales team.
• Develop strong branding concepts for company products, promote them via digital channels, coordinate brochures, creatives, social media posts and ensure a consistent brand image.
• Handle social media marketing, online promotions, basic content planning, support SEO, Google listings, website updates and monitor competitors and market trends.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and lead generation results.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of email marketing and digital marketing.
• Creative mindset for product branding and promotional campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Graduate in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, IT or related field; MBA or digital marketing certification is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
