About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast‑growing agency in Jaipur. You will lead performance‑driven campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, helping our clients acquire high‑quality leads and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
• Monitor performance metrics, adjust bids and creatives to maximise ROI.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing and detailed campaign analysis.
• Track key performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high‑performing ad creatives.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage advertising budgets independently.
• Up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends and a growth‑oriented attitude.
