About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our B2B marketing initiatives in the IT sector. The role is based in Trivandrum and requires a hands‑on professional who can design, execute, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage SEO/SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and keyword research.
• Lead social media marketing efforts, primarily on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Create, curate, and oversee content across digital channels.
• Design and run email marketing and automation workflows using HubSpot.
• Maintain and optimise content management systems.
• Analyse performance data with Google Analytics and produce actionable reports.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Support B2B outreach initiatives specific to the IT domain.
• Travel as required for project or business needs.

Required profile

• 4‑10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B within the IT sector.
• Self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership and proactive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
