Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Charles Institute is seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to boost its online presence, generate high‑quality leads and raise brand visibility across digital channels. The role combines strategic planning, content creation and performance analysis to support the institute’s healthcare education programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Grow and maintain the institute’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile.
• Create engaging content, captions, blogs, website copy and marketing materials.
• Update and maintain the company website using WordPress and Elementor.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve traffic and search‑engine rankings.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce actionable insights through analytics and reporting.
• Develop and execute lead‑generation campaigns to increase course enrollments and enquiries.
• Coordinate with designers, trainers and management to deliver marketing initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital‑marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor.
• Experience managing social‑media accounts and online communities.
• Good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Excellent written communication and content‑creation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
