About the role
Google gTech is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help businesses of all sizes leverage Google’s advertising solutions. You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize digital campaigns that drive growth in today’s fast‑moving marketing landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Drive high impact across markets, customers and stakeholders through strategic problem solving and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Lead decision‑making and thought‑leadership with sales to enable business growth and sustain client portfolio performance.
- Pioneer advanced frameworks and customer solutions, activate them with appropriate customers and scale across businesses.
- Support management in advocating a culture of learning and sharing best practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital media, digital marketing or advertising solutions, including campaign implementation and measurement.
- Experience managing insights, analytics, client‑facing projects and cross‑functional stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to operate analytically, understand client needs and thrive in ambiguous, complex environments.

- Digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads).
- Analytics tools for campaign performance (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Campaign optimization techniques.
