About the role

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Hyderabad team on a night‑shift schedule. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to apply their marketing knowledge and develop hands‑on experience across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch multi‑channel digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads and drive conversions.
• Manage website content, improve user experience and conduct conversion rate optimisation.
• Create and publish engaging content for social media, email newsletters and blogs.
• Design and execute email marketing programmes to nurture prospects.
• Track, analyse and report on performance metrics such as website traffic, social engagement and email results.
• Work closely with sales, product and creative teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
