Digital Marketing Specialist (E-Commerce)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our e‑commerce marketing initiatives in Udaipur. You will own customer acquisition, retention, brand presence and overall digital performance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with e‑commerce goals.
• Plan, launch and optimise performance‑marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic platforms and marketplaces, targeting ROAS, CAC and revenue targets.
• Lead SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on‑page and off‑page optimisation, and content planning.
• Oversee CRM and retention programmes such as email, SMS and automation workflows.
• Manage social media calendars, influencer partnerships and community engagement.
• Monitor web analytics (GA4, Looker Studio) and produce performance insights and reports.
• Improve website conversion rates through CRO, A/B testing and close collaboration with UX and product teams.
• Coordinate agency partners, freelancers and internal creative, tech and merchandising teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3‑6+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in e‑commerce or D2C.
• Strong analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
