Digital Marketing Specialist – 360° Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a creative, performance‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own and grow our brand’s complete digital ecosystem. You will work across performance marketing, social media, e‑commerce, WhatsApp, and AI‑powered initiatives for a fashion D2C brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, optimise and scale performance‑marketing campaigns.
• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) including retargeting, prospecting, catalog and conversion campaigns.
• Advanced Shopify management: store optimisation, product listings, collections and conversion funnels.
• Develop and implement social‑media content strategy, growth and engagement tactics.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for research, content creation, creatives and automation.
• Design and run WhatsApp marketing journeys using platforms like AiSensy and Interakt.
• Lead brand‑marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, launches and offers.
• Craft creative hooks, trends‑aligned content and optimise analytics to improve ROI.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of 360° digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and performance marketing.
• Advanced knowledge of Shopify and D2C e‑commerce.
• Good grasp of social‑media and content marketing.
• Practical experience with ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools.
• Experience with WhatsApp marketing automation tools.
• Marketplace experience (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) is a plus.
• Background in fashion or clothing brands is advantageous.
• Creative and analytical mindset with ability to work independently.
• Passion for testing new ideas and staying ahead of digital trends.
