Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to drive SimpleCRM’s online presence, produce engaging content, and support demand‑generation campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, design and distribute monthly newsletters and industry‑specific product updates.
• Write and publish monthly blog posts and occasional articles, maintaining visual and textual quality.
• Post weekly LinkedIn content that highlights product features and brand values.
• Plan, launch and manage LinkedIn demand‑generation campaigns for partners and customers.
• Design and execute targeted digital campaigns aligned with SimpleCRM’s offerings.
• Maintain and grow SimpleCRM’s presence on LinkedIn and Facebook, ensuring regular updates and engagement.
• Collect and manage customer reviews on platforms such as G2 and Gartner Network.
• Update website content regularly, keeping it current with technology and domain trends.
• Create visual and textual collateral for all digital channels, ensuring brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in a product‑focused environment.
• Experience in the CRM sector is a plus.
• Strong written communication and content creation abilities.
