Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and drive growth across multiple channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including SMO/SMM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report campaign performance against ROI and KPI targets.
• Identify trends, optimise spend, and improve performance based on data insights.
• Develop creative growth strategies and run conversion experiments.
• Work with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experience.
• Analyse end‑to‑end customer journeys across channels.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve set goals.
• Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Strong team‑management and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of all major social media platforms.
