Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead demand generation across five distinct brands, spanning IT services, product engineering, ecommerce, premium creative, and consumer food tech. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on leadership to drive qualified leads and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the demand‑generation strategy for each brand, tailoring tactics to different buyer motions.
• Develop messaging and campaign angles rooted in buyer psychology.
• Position technology services and products with credible, product‑focused language.
• Direct specialists in paid media, SEO, and design while overseeing channel execution.
• Create quarterly marketing plans aligned to each brand’s specific demand motion.
• Lead content and thought‑leadership initiatives for consulting and product positioning.
• Build cross‑brand demand reporting tied to CAC and conversion metrics.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align demand generation with sales motions.

Required profile

• MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
• Proven demand‑generation results with measurable outcomes.
• Strong grounding in consumer and buyer psychology and behavioral decision‑making.
• Understanding of marketing for both IT services (relationship‑driven) and product businesses (usage‑driven).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting to founders and stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of customer behaviour, target audiences, market trends, and competitors in B2B and B2C contexts.
