Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our online growth initiatives. You will shape and execute multi‑channel campaigns, enhance our e‑commerce presence, and collaborate across design, content, and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and continuously optimise digital marketing strategies across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Pinterest, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.
• Drive SEO, SEM and website optimisation to improve rankings and traffic.
• Design and oversee content marketing for websites, blogs, email newsletters and social platforms.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics and other analytics tools, producing regular reports.
• Manage lead‑generation initiatives and optimise conversion rates.
• Collaborate with design, content and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.
• Manage marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Experience in the e‑commerce sector is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
