Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will drive incremental bookings and improve inventory absorption for Godrej Properties' sustenance portfolio across North, South, West and East zones. The role focuses on conversion, database monetisation, organic demand and project reputation, working closely with sales and CRM/CDP teams.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and manage affiliate partners and third‑party presales teams to generate qualified walk‑ins, track performance and optimise ROI.
• Collaborate with CRM/CDP teams to identify high‑intent leads, build audience cohorts and launch re‑activation journeys via email, WhatsApp, calls and remarketing.
• Execute SEO and local GEO strategies, create and publish project‑specific content such as landing pages, blogs, FAQs and videos to boost non‑paid traffic.
• Monitor the lead‑to‑booking funnel, identify drop‑offs and work with sales, call centres and agencies to refine scripts, journeys, landing pages and creatives.
• Track ratings, reviews and social chatter, implement initiatives to improve review scores and coordinate with social teams to amplify positive stories.
• Maintain competitive and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing for real‑estate or related sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with sales, CRM, content and social teams.
• Ability to manage multiple partnership programs and optimise conversion funnels.
